Congratulations to Jennifer Keay (Teacher at Hilltop Jr./Sr. High School), Stephanie Damery (Learning Services Coordinator at NGPS), Brenda Rawluk, Nicole Moir and Anne Martens, (Teachers at Percy Baxter School) and Nolan Andriuk (Assistant Principal at Pat Hardy Primary) on completing Northern Gateway Public Schools' BUILDING Program. Building Unified Instructional Leadership Direction in Northern Gateway, or BUILDING, is an 18 month leadership course designed to develop and encourage aspiring administrators from within the division.

Participants learned about teacher supervision and evaluation, school budgets, timetables, official documents such as the School Act and Division policies and administrative procedures. They have also been challenged by various case studies.

We are pleased to offer the opportunity for teachers to develop their leadership skills and become a source for future administrative staff within the division, and we are so proud of this year's graduates!
