Caelyn Basaraba, a Grade 12 student from Hilltop Jr/Sr High School in Whitecourt, is representing her fellow students this year on Alberta Education's Minister's Youth Council. Caelyn will be traveling to Ottawa later this month for the Forum for Young Canadians.

Students in senior high school, who are between the ages of 13 and 19, share their diverse student perspectives with the Minister of Education and provide input on education topics at three meetings which are held during the course of the school year.
