NGPS QLE Leadership Team meets in Whitecourt to further QLE work in the domain of Responsive Instruction.

Responsive Instruction considers the needs of all learners so they can achieve success, and is one of five domains under Quality Pedagogy in NGPS Quality Learning Environments (QLE). With responsive instruction, the teacher is flexible in the delivery of instruction and adapts to ensure student engagement and understanding, through the effective use of research-proven best practices.

The development of NGPS' QLE is guided by a divisional Steering Team of administrators and faciliated by our colleagues and partners at Jigsaw Learning jigsawlearning.ca. Jigsaw Learning is an educational team of exemplary educators and leaders dedicated to leading learners, supporting schools and enriching education. Jigsaw consultants have been a vital part of our QLE professional development, as well in the areas of Literacy and Numeracy development within NGPS schools.
